How is payment handled?
Employees can pay directly by card. If your company is subsidizing meals, we’ll send you a weekly invoice for your portion.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Meetings require a $125 minimum. Weekly Meal Plans require $100 per delivery day. If the minimum isn’t met, you can cancel or pay a small fee.

Your card hold will release automatically if the item wasn’t dispensed. If not, contact support@upmeals.ca and we’ll fix it.

Send us the vending location, last four digits of your card, and any photos or receipts. We’ll process your refund within 24 hours.
